Position Overview

Work with the Operations Manager to create and update AeroSpec’s Scheduling Board

Assist with importing Traveler’s and Bill of Materials

Maintain and run various reports for the Manufacturing Operations Team

Maintain a well-organized and efficient workplace

Compile scheduling and other data from computer databases

Fast paced, team-oriented environment with exposure to a variety of task and experiences

Requirements

Work Experience

        • 5+ years’ experience in operations or office administration
        • 2+ years’ experience in scheduling or dispatching
        • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
        • Purchasing experience a plus

Expediting experience a plus

Experience in MS Word and Outlook

Proficient in MS Excel a plus.

High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, a plus

Leadership skills, problem solver, excellent communication skills
